Well speaking as a happily married man who is not cheating, but who has been cheated on in the past, I would look for some of the following signs:1. changes in their daily routine or schedule at work2. lack of eye contact when they speak with you3. changes in their email passwords4. a decrease in intimacy with you5. gifts or an increase in general attentiveness towards you, probably out of guilt.6. if you ever wash his clothes, and now he makes sure to wash his own.

I think the biggest one is working late, or working extra shifts. Check his pay slip to see if he is being paid all these extra hours. Keep a diary of all the time he says he is at work and see if his hours add up on his pay slip. Lack of sex sometimes is a sign, but not necessarily. Smelling a different smell about him. Him wearing cologne all the time. Being distant. Quick conversations on his cell phone, then leaving the house not long afterwards. Turning his cell phone off when he goes out or is at "work". Some men take greater care with their appearance....some will go to the gym or take up walking to get in shape. I think your gut feeling is a huge indication if he is cheating or not. Any kind of change in his behaviour may mean he is cheating. Why not ask him. If he fidgetts and wont look at you directly.....then maybe hes hiding something.

That is the 'for sure' mark that never fails. There are many reasons the spouse does this, and I won't go into that. But, rest assured if he acts jealous and speaks of you not being 100% there for him, you KNOW he is not 100% there for you.

mentions someones name out of the blue....or calls you by another name? or says he is going golfing at 4 am.........and doesn't come home till midnight.....there is no night golfing!!!!!!!!!!!...i caught ex in lie....i put thumb tacks on the bottom of his shoes, preferably the white ones...to show grass stains.....and filled his bag with cornflakes....when he got home, i checked shoes hadn't been worn...and corn flakes were still in bag where he kept the tee's......or if he goes fishing.....open tackle box...and place note in there.... just put a smiley face...or something else...put piece of tape on note where he has to break it...then you will know? mostly not having sex...or having too much sex....out of the ordinary..losing weight.........wanting to eat out at different resturants than the one's you usually go to....so many things... was married to cheater for 22 yrs........know all of them to many to list... :(
