I have a stalker help me prosecute her?

I have been stalked by this woman who thinks I had an affair with her husband ( i didn't). Her husband has been working for the place I work in and had before cheated on her with girls that have worked there. Well in the past 5 years I am the third girl she has stalked and harrased. it has been 2 years and she wont sop. First she bought my info online and called my friend, she called me and told me where my car is registered even though its in another state. She tried to get me in trouble with HR for not picking up her calls and now she's calling from a 555-555-5555 number to say that she is a client of the place I work for and she thinks I am on drugs. She is driving me crazy and I know that If I resort to violence it will only be bad for me. The only thing is that I don't know what address to give the cops because I don't know where she lives.the husband seems impotent and always says he's sorry that his wife is crazy. I like the guy but he wont put a stop to her, She has done this to other girls and because they have never done anything about it she thinks its okay. the husban has been working there for 26 years and all i have been able to do is get a police report for telephone stalking when she called my cell phone once. She calls at work. two weeks ago my car was stolen and burned and honestly she is my prime suspect. I am sick with all of this stuff, I am in a relationship. I just want to know what I can do to stop her!!!!!!!!! please help!!!!!!

go to the cops and tell them about her. who freaking cares if they don't know where she lives, they'll find where she lives. be a women. jeeze.

Get a Private Investigator to track her down ...You might try sending the husband to her to tell her that although he did have affairs with these other people, he didn't have one for you ... and that if she persists, he will personally testify against her for a temporary restraining order.It may do nothing. She doesn't sound balanced.

First collect as much credible information as possible as proof of her stalking you. Detailed phone bills are a good idea. The more proof the better. Then contact your local police department and explain your situation. They should be able to help you out. She is harassing you through this unwanted contact and it should be stopped. Good luck!

do u know hr # if u do tell the cops hr phone number and just tell the cops how she looks and they'll look for u besides if u do any thing she could sue u so good luck! =)

Go to the police and get a restraining order. Go to yahoo people search and search by her name or her boyfriends name to see if you can get her info.

Document the history and file for a restraining order. This way, as you have other things come up, you can inform the authorities with authority.
