Why Do Women Cheat ?

A friend of my girlfriends cheated on her husband. My girlfriend told me a long time ago about this. Recently I caught my G/F provacativly chatting online and showing on webcam with other men. I told my G/F that I was hurt by her getting on webcam with other men and provactivly playing. She told me that they were not real people. When all this came up I asked her about her friend that cheated on her husband - and i questioned her on how she thought all that ended up happening. She told me that her friend had told her hubby that she had cheated on him and that they had worked through it. This is her best friend and i never heard anything about anything as far as her friend 'comming clean'. Now Im concerned that there is a lot of devious things going on around me and I am scared of what may come in the future. What do i do ?

I believe women cheat when they need affection, not necessarily love. Once I reached 40, I realized what true love and respect are, and I would never cheat. You are good at communicating with her it seems, keep talking and exploring each of your needs and dicsover what you can both do to keep your relationship growing and healthy. Do you have the same goals? Do you both feel like you are heard? Be loving and calm when you discuss things that are sensitive and make you feel vulnerable.

People cheat because they are not getting completely fulfilled. There is something missing and they seek it from someone else. Trust is a big deal, if you can't trust your gf, you need to move on. Of course its not correct behavior and not what you want in a woman. She may be the opposite sex but she's no lady. You can do better she is just a girlfriend now, so why hang on to someone who is not equal to your social ethics, you should look for someone who you can look up to and be proud of and love unconditionaly, this girl just doesn't sound like she is doing this for you and you will do the same for her whoever she is by the way.
