My bf was talking to his ex quite a bit on the phone. then he husband showed up one night. he doesn't like them talking. i told one of my exes to quit calling me cause my bf didn't like it so i told him it was only fair he tell her to quit calling. Then one night i caught them online talking. he said i told him they couldn't talk on the phone that this was typing not talking. he said they quit and deleted her from everything. he sent her a message saying it was causing us probs and to stay away. then i got his email password and found all the emails and the secret account he opened. there was nothing that said they had sex, but there were i love yous and he told her she looked so good last night he had trouble keeping his hands to himself. he swears there's nothing between them and that he's quit contacting her and tells me if she contacts him. do i trust him? is this cheating? do you think they had sex? i've been dealing with this for a while and i'm trying to learn to trust him again

The word cheating means different things to different people. But what your bf did is obviously sneaky and wrong. I would have a hard time trusting him too! Maybe he is honestly changing his ways, but be careful. There is no rule that you have to trust him again right away. Make him earn it. Not knowing your bf, I can't say if he probably had sex or not. Just be careful, and know that you deserve a loving, trustworthy relationship. Would someone who really loves you sneak behind your back to talk to his ex? Think this one through carefully, maybe you should forgive and forget, maybe it's time to move on.
