Miss Universe Pageant

I'm watching the Miss Universe Pageant as I'm reading the messages here. I predict Miss Venezuela to win. I'll see if I'm right.

lol, well Miss Venezuela came in 3rd. I was happy to see Miss Japan win. She had a real bubbly personality :D

On a soured note. It was a shame to see Miss USA being booed like she was by some in the audience. Then prior to that she FALLS in her evening gown! Poor girl.

I was disappointed that she was booed. Maybe she shouldn't have made the Top Five, but is that any reason to boo the poor girl? They acted like it was her fault. I was really disappointed in the audience.

I think they were booing her for political reasons. The pageant was in Mexico and I guess most Mexicans are not happy with the immigration laws that the U.S. is passing now. Still, shouldn't have booed her, what does she have to with the U.S government? :rolleyes:

I agree with becky !
It's not only maxico, americans are not welcomed at most of the part of world, because of it's policies (political, war, immegration or else)
I like miss japan too, she was great combination of beauty and brain
